RETURN POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS
All Returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
To request RMA visit the Support Page report your issue. A member of our support staff will assist you.
Please include:
- Product model and serial number
- Date of shipment, P.O. number, sales order number, or T-Shirt TV® invoice number
- Reason for return
Missing or Damaged Items
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
Exchanges
If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 5-7 business days for the replacement to be processed.
Conditions
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, T-Shirt TV® reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original unopened box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
T-Shirt TV® is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
No Return/Exchange on the following:
Custom orders can not be returned or exchanged. This includes any printed garment. Any garment with custom lettering. Any product that is not stock or is altered to fit purchasers needs.
Defective items
May be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model.
Warranty
T-Shirt TV® will warrant all replacement parts and repairs for 90 days from the date of shipment.
All goods requiring warranty repair shall be sent freight prepaid to a T-Shirt TV® designated location. Repairs made necessary by reason of misuse, alteration, normal wear, or accident are not covered under this warranty.
T-Shirt TV® assumes no risk and shall be subject to no liability for damages or loss resulting from the specific use or application made of the products. T-Shirt TV® liability for any claim, whether based on breach of contract, negligence, infringement of any rights of any party or product liability, relating to the Products shall not exceed the price paid to T-Shirt TV® for such products.
Damage resulting from use, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. T-Shirt TV® assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall T-Shirt TV® be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts whether by the negligence of T-Shirt TV® or otherwise. If this product is opened or altered in anyway all support and warranty coverage is immediately voided. Please review and follow the instructions carefully before use! Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees.
The above warranty provides the user with specific legal rights. The purchaser may also have additional rights, which are subject to variation from state to state.
If a warranty repair is required, the purchaser must obtain a Repair Authorization Number (RA) by email.

If there is a dispute regarding the warranty of a product that does not fall under the warranty conditions stated above, please include a written explanation with the product when returned.
Goods returned for repair should be clearly identified with the assigned RA number and freight should be prepaid. Method of return shipment shall be the same or equal to the method by which the item was received by T-Shirt TV®.
